Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique and crafted with care. Minor imperfections such as air bubbles or slightly misaligned designs are a natural part of the creation process and add to the charm of your piece. These small variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns. We hope you appreciate the love and attention that goes into every product we make!

Shipping + Delivery:

Standard delivery is $10 Australia Wide. FREE shipping is available for all orders over $150.

For all international orders, please contact Coco + Arc directly for shipping information.

We will always attempt to ship a completed order within an estimated 48 hours, please allow 3-5 business days during sale events and busy periods. You will be emailed a tracking code once we ship your order. Delivery to capital cities can take between 2-7 business days, regional locations can take 5-10 business days. 

Returns:

Please choose your purchase carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or are different to the product purchased on the website. All returns must be processed with an RA number. Any orders returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Please email cocoandarc@gmail.com with any return requests within 3 days of receiving your product. Any accidental damage (broken glasses, mouldy lids etc) are not the responsibility of Coco + Arc.
